Who we are

Vesper Paper is a small shop for resume and cover letter templates. It is run by Refine Edge, owned by Saurabh Kumar Singh, New Delhi, India. You can reach us at hello@vesperpaper.com.

Who sells to you

Our checkout is run by Polar Software, Inc. (Polar), which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for every order. That means Polar takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt and delivers the files. Polar's Buyer Terms cover the payment side of your purchase. These terms cover the templates themselves.

What you get

Each template is a zip file with editable Word files (.docx) in A4 and US Letter, PDF copies, links that make your own copy in Google Docs, and a setup guide (PDF). Every product page lists exactly what is in its pack.

The fonts are free and are not inside the pack. The setup guide links to each one so you can install it in a minute. You need Microsoft Word, Google Docs or Apple Pages to edit the files.

The pictures on our site show sample names, text and AI-generated photos. You replace them with your own. A layout can look slightly different from one app to another, and the guide explains how to keep it tidy.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are for a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Depending on where you live, Polar may add sales tax or VAT at checkout or show the price in your currency. The checkout shows the final amount before you pay.

Delivery

Your files are ready to download as soon as the payment goes through, and Polar emails you a receipt with a link to them. If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Using the templates

Your purchase comes with a personal license: use the template for your own documents, but don't share or resell the files. The License page has the details.

Refunds

If a file won't open or doesn't work as described, we fix it or refund you. The Refunds page explains how it works. Polar may also refund an order under its own Buyer Terms.

What we can and can't promise

We test every template in Word, Google Docs and Apple Pages before it goes on sale. We can't promise that a template will get you an interview or a job, because that depends on your experience and the roles you apply for.

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms when the shop changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you bought applies to your order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
